“I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me…. Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did it to me.’ -- Matthew 25:35-40 (excerpts)

A Ministry of Care & Connection

At Hope, we believe no one should walk through life’s challenges alone. Our Care Team partners with the pastors to offer care and connection for those who are grieving, in crisis, or homebound—through visits, phone calls, cards, and other gestures of friendship. If you need extra care, we would love to walk alongside you. And if you feel called to share encouragement and God’s love, consider joining the Care Team to make a difference in someone’s life.
